Don't use them. They didn't put in 3rd nail. Never even offered to but tried to sell me a metal roof.
They were professional and efficient. The roof looks fantastic. Customer service was top notch, so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. If I could rate above 5 stars I would.
Installation: Top notch, unobtrusive, clean. When they were done you could not tell they had even been there. The install manager Tad was in contact - immediately answered every question I had. He was awesome! Really knows his profession ! Thanks, Tad !!
Bottom line is - this was a huge deal for us, I was really nervous about the whole process. I probably met with 6 or 7 different companies. I am Extremely happy we chose Singleton and I would not hesitate to do so again. They are local and have been working in this area for decades and it shows. Thank you Singleton !!! :)
Sales: The first and one of the only to provide the option to modify a flat portion of our roof to give it more of a positive slope and insulate it as well. Quickly responded to every question I had.
Terrible experience with this company. They came and assessed my house. Said i would get a quote. I followed up repeatedly for a month. Was finally told they won't do the job. They tried to lie and say they told me from the beginning they weren't interested. Really, so why was i waiting on a quote and getting email responses saying a quote was coming? So unprofessional.
