Shaina, their office manager, is intelligent, accurate, caring, and communicative. She answered our questions and helped us every step of the way. The materials they used were top rate! The roofers including Martin, Josh, and Tim, were superb..experienced, skillful, courteous, and customer friendly. They took photos to get us the best insurance mitigation discounts and our very large roof was finished within 3 1/2 days! These folks knew what they were doing and gave us the best roof ever! We were hesitant and imagined all sorts of problems but it went so smoothly and was done so well, we are simply thrilled! A++++++++++ for fine work, integrity, professionalism, courtesy, care, and follow-through. Cary, the owner, was always available, overseeing the work at every step and ensuring that the best choices were made to give us the best job now and in the future. No corners were cut here! Contacted Yoder Roofing 2 years ago to install a roof on my family's home. Carry came out within a day and gave me a full estimate for replacing the roof and had it emailed over to me the next day. Because of family related complications we had to wait 2 years in order to proceed. Carry still had the estimate saved and they were able to start work within 30 days from our deposit date. The price was even still the same! All work was completed in 3 days and they even worked on the 4th of July holiday! Our new roof looks great and they left absolutely no mess behind. Everyone at Yoder Roofing was kind and attentive to any questions we had. I would strongly recommend them to anyone else who needs a roof!
I would like consumers to be aware that when you call/receive an estimate after waiting a month for the appointment this company does not even wait to meet with the owner to accurately assess the project.
If you request another estimate-in my case a whole year later waiting a month again-they will tell you they are coming, confirm the day before and then email you instead of calling to say they are NOT coming because an estimate is already on file. Of course don't hold them to that inaccurate estimate because it clearly states validity for 15 days.
If this company is too lazy to generate an accurate estimate and too lazy to communicate that they are not keeping their appointment then what does that say about the quality of work. The good news is they were too lazy to come out so I'm lucky enough to not have my roof ruined and my hard earned money wasted!
After hearing about Yoder's from our neighbor, we were so disappointed when the estimator came to our house, took one look, and stated that they don't work on steep roofs like ours. Really? There is no statement on their website that addresses this...only that they do not work on commercial roofs.
Yoder's did a wonderful job on my roof. They arrived early on the day they were scheduled and had 12 people take the old roof off and put down tar paper. The next day and a half, they had one roofer put the shingles down. It looks great and was done in record time. Dealing with Shay in the office for scheduling this was very pleasant and efficient. I highly suggest using them for your new roof.
