Had l roof leak and was going on a trip.Called a service that takes care of our house when we are away and they recommended Coastline Roofing .Josh came over within a few hours gave me an estimate.They fixed it within a few days -quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price.Can not get better than that!!
My husband and I are brand new to the whole owning a home thing. We were elbows deep in a contract on our first home when we found out the roof failed introspection and we could not get the loan unless we could get a roofer to write a letter certifying the roof had two or more years left. My husband and I are firm believers in supporting local small business. We talked to our friends and family and got a few word of mouth reccomendations. I made nemourous phone calls, left Nemours messages and was unsuccessful at reaching anyone. A co-work caught wind of my roof search and insisted I call Josh at coastline roofing. I called him on my lunch break and had leave a message. Within the hour Josh had called me back. I explained to him my situation and that I needed the roof condition letter ASAP, as my lender had given me a small time frame. Josh went out the next morning and personally inspected the roof and called me to go over his findings. Unfortunately our
Roof was in bad shape. Josh was so great to take the time to go over the pictures he had taken of the rotten shingles, and imperfections he found. He told me that the roof May have a few months left. After I spoke with the lender and the seller we were able to come to a understanding, the roof would be replaced before the closing. Which proposed Josh and Coastline with another crucial deadline. I had 2 weeks to get the roof replaced. Josh, said it would be no problem and that he would get it done. Little did I know there were a bit more on my part to"getting a new roof" I got to choose what kind of roof and then once I choose the roof I then got to choose what color. When face with these questions I was lost. Josh ment me on my lunch break, went over the types of roofs I could choose, gave me the pros and cons of each material. Once i choose the roof type anf color Josh took care of everything else. He was so accommodating in our situation, he communicated with me as well as the lender and the seller on everything. He was so quick to have everything lined up. It was a painless/stressless process for me. He handled everything. I swong by on my lunch break to take a peak and see how everything was going. I was so impressed with how quickly he and his crew worked, and how clean/careful they were during the "demo" stage. They had the roof done and cleaned up completely in just two days! I highly recommend coastline roofing. They are fast, extreamly helpful, very thorough, and do amazing work. My home looks amazing. I'm am 100% satisfied with the work and customer service. They go above and beyond.
