Never disappointed
John Carl salon is the worst I have been to. Not only did he not listen to me when I told him what I wanted, but he told me that I look better then I ever did. I have been never been so insulted in my life. DO NOT GO THERE!
I was a customer at John Carl for many years. Even after I moved over 70 miles away I continued to go there. The drive got to me and I had to find somewhere closer. I miss the salon desperately. The expertise, knowledge and product are second to none. The owner still sends me the product! I make a call, they take my order for shampoo and conditioner and mail it to me. You cannot find some of his products anywhere. I love John Carl and I miss them terribly.
If Kristi can make me look good, just imagine what she can bring to your life!
Was in the area for vacation and needed a last min facial. This was the only place that would take me. They were so kind and friendly. Carol took her time in evaluating my skin and customized the facial. Never felt rushed and I was very relaxed the whole time. My skin looks and feels gorgeous. Thank you Carol:)
