Very thorough check up. Brought pictures taken by Moffitt and Dr Sax meticulously compared pictures to current state of my moles etc
I highly recommend Dr Sax and his staff. Dr Sax is very professional and may not have time to chat but he is an excellent pysician. His staff is amazing. I had a Moe's surgery. That afternoon it bleed heavily. I called the office, Catherine answered, said hold on Immediately Sarah picked up. She stayed on the phone, told me what to do. Bleeding was under control. Called back to check on me. Amazing Dr and staff Thank you!
I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Sax for a skin check. I had to wait one hour past my appointment to see him. I really think this is unacceptable. I have a job and need to take off work to go there. I hope the patient's time is as important as his, so I wish he would try and be on time or schedule more time for procedures if he needs it, so he can be on time. If he's running late, please let the patient know so they can adjust. Thank you for being respectful of your patient's time.
Do need to improve customer service with the older check in desk lady. Not the best welcome.
Pleasant and easy experience to have my checkup. Dr. Sax is an experienced physician who listens to concerns. Staff followup is quick and easy, clean modern office. My husband and I will continue to go to see Dr. Sax.
But everyone else is very warm and friendly.
