I have owned my 2008 Altma since it was new and very happy with it. Over the last couple of years I have not been happy with the service dept. and had decided I would never buy another Nissan as the service dept can make or break the dealership. My last 2 experiences with the service dept have been outstanding. I have been dealing with Chuck Baril. His friendly and accommodating service has been outstanding. He has made me feel comfortable and taken very good care of me with no surprises. I feel he will continue to be of great service to me. Because of Chuck I now would feel comfortable buying another Nissan. Chuck truly needs to be recognized as he created a customer who would continue to do business with Nissan.
I had a great experience here! I'd visited a lot of other garages both in and out of town but when my guy Matthew Steel showed me around I instantly knew I was going home with my new car that day! He was excellent - he listened to exactly what I was looking for and he found it! The level of customer care I received was first class and he even called me a few days after to see how my car was going - It's running a dream and I couldn't be happier. No rebate games my ass.. it should be 100% illegal to list vehicles for sale for NO WHERE near what they actually cost. To top of all off.. LIE about it on the phone. Thanks for wasting my entire night and having me drive 100+ miles !
