My husband and I highly recommend Jay and Dean! They do great work, with very reasonable prices, and they are honest people, who treat their customers how they would want to be treated. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles.
I've been going to Jay and Deans for almost 10 years and i have not one complaint. J&D are easy to work with, down to earth and have made maintaining my car so much easier. I hope my experience is considered for any lurkers on here, rather than the few who went there once and had a bad experience. Nobody is perfect and I know Dean would go out of his way to make it right if given the chance. 10/10 i DO recommend my friends. My entire office goes there :)
My husband and I have been coming here for about 11 years. They are honest and reasonably priced. They do what needs to be done, not what will make them a quick buck which has built trust over the years. They give you advice about your car as if they were a knowledgeable friend-not someone trying to make money off of you. Will continue coming here as long as they're around.
Finding a fantastic, trustworthy, automotive repair shop is very difficult to do. My husband and I are VERY thankful to have met these guys years ago. Jay and Dean are great people, with a great team of mechanics. If you don't need something done, you won't hear about it...and if you do need something, then they will be honest with you. If the repair isn't absolutely necessary to have done right then, they will tell you so, and then tell you approximately how long you have until you need to have it repaired.
Such peace of mind to have mechanics you can trust and rely upon, I'm a nurse in graduate school and on the interstate daily in my not so new vehicle, but these guys help me to feel safe and that is invaluable!!
