I have been here a 4 times, 1st couple was pleased with work done but last 2 times not so happy with the work done, they always try to sell me the most expensive package, and my last visit there, I cried after I left because I felt robbed. I drove thru a roadway construction sight and had some paint on the hood that sales rep assured me would come off for extra $100, now I also paid $100 for an interior package to clean carpets, dash doors, consol, and seats. Now I'm out over $200 because he says its the last day of this amazing deal, and paint spots didn't come off, center consol only partially cleaned and spotty, I'm torn, because inside is improved (i have kids so seats and floor stains were mostly gone) but I still feel robbed cause I came in for interior only and asked about exterior paint spots and I was assured they would be "buffed" out but they were not, I spent my weeks pay check on thieves. I'm still crying about it. I considered requesting a refund for at least partial payment, but i just felt so defeated and bummed that I just left. I am never going back there.
My car is older. They made the inside like new. Beautiful job. Definitely will go again.
It's good! Just be specific and don't let them try to get away without giving you proper service. It's usually pretty good—sometimes it depends who's working at the time. However, most of my experiences have been positive!
Worse carwash experience in Sarasota. Left a blue liquid down both sides of my car and on all door sills. Inside windows had fingerprints still left from my kids. I had to basically fully details my truck after paying $28 for a wash. Rims filthy, from bumper and headlights left with bugs. The only good thing was the tire shine .
Very spotty customer service! Sometimes it's good, and sometimes NOT!! On Sat. Oct. 7th, 2017, I waited some 30 minutes in my car, and NO ONE even bothered to acknowledge me! Meanwhile, 10 cars were cleaned and washed, while I had to wait a HALF HOUR! Always BLARING loud, annoying rock music! And the young guy who FINALLY come to my car was impossible to understand! He just mumbled and spoke very FAST! Very pushy young man, too, and just kept tapping his nose, for some unknown reason! I FINALLY got my car washed, only to discover that 2 smokers were sitting outside, waiting for their cars, all the while blowing their nasty, disgusting cig smoke at me! I thought your outfit/car wash was a SMOKE FREE place! All this aggravation, for $14 bucks? Waiting in my HOT car, for some 35 minutes? GET rid of your LOUD rock music, and HIRE some GOOD young people, who are FAST don't mumble, aren't pushy, and DON'T speak a mile a minute! And make your place smoke-FREE, too! And lower your prices, too!
