having had my car washed for the 35.00 special ( ?) after my departure I noticed that when they sprayed armour all on my tires, the oil spun off all over the side of my car leaving blotches. I returned the following week and they offered to rewash, however the oil did not come off, so the young service man named johnny offered to hand scrub the armour all off and the car looked very nice. Unknowing that they would accomodate me in such a way I had no cash, and was told that the ATM was available at no charge, so I withdrew $ to tip johnny. I called to complain and was told that it was MY bank charge and she hung up on me.
I have been going here for a while because they used to do a great job. It's pretty out of the way for but I didn't mind because they would do a great job. However, the last few times have not been good and today it was the worst. When you pay good money for a service and have to come home and detail your car, it's not good. It's pretty sad when some doesn't notice that they are smearing gum all over your car. Definitely think twice before going back there again..
Got my car detailed yesterday. They did an excellent job. Chris was able to buff out some minor scratches and worked with me to get the best package for my car. Overall fantastic service.
Great job and service by the detail department. I've taken 2 black cars so far to Chris to buff, wax, and remove swirl marks from. Both have come out excellent and will be back. Chris knows how to use a buffer and not burn through clear or paint. Prices are affordable and worth it. I recommend the car wash and detail department to anyone that wants a job done right the first time.
We've been coming here on and off since they have opened. They always do a good job and the prices are adorable. $4 to have them vacuum and clean your window... Great deal.
