This is not a place to bring a car which is in need of a professional cleaning job. We wanted to have our car cleaned before gifting to our son. After driving with kids and dogs, we accumulated dog hair and small debris all over the car. We signed up for a detailing work and was told to leave the car until a detail worker comes in Monday. The manager did not go out to take a look at the car before we left. Shortly after we left, I received a somewhat frantic call from the manager saying how FILTHY the car was and complaining various parts that could not been cleaned by regular methods, etc. We went back to the facility to simply pick up our car without anything done. We were not asking for anything extraordinary or miracle. There are dust, dog hair, and debris that can not been removed by a regular vacuum cleaner. We just want to make it look decent before giving it away. Instead of complaining and critisizing, wouldn't it have been more constructive to come out to the front of the store and see the car and talk to us about the work? We could have communicated better and worked out better solution. We will not go back to this facility.
I will never go to another car wash after today! I lost a diamond ring in my Suburban a couple of weeks ago and I brought it here to be washed and they found it! Anyone could have taken it without saying anything, but they came inside and personally gave it to me! I was soo excited and loved how clean my car was! Best people and honest staff!
Best car wash in town! Very affordable and friendly staff! Don't waste your time anywhere else and they did a great job detailing my Mercedes!
Coming from experience, best car wash around! They do take awhile sometimes cleaning, but at least it's worth it when your car comes out an clean as it does and Sheny is my favorite dryer! The cashier inside has been there for many years and always has a smile on her face! Best in town!
I own a few cars and they do the best job around! I highly recommend them to anyone and I either have Geovany or Sheny work on my cars! Very comfortable lobby and right by Dunkin Donuts! Great place and location all around!
