Excellent wash...leaves car clean without damaging bristles. Also easy in and out. Would recomend!
This car wash charged me $15.00 to my credit card. I put 10 quarters(2 dollars and 50 cents) in the self serve car wash and pre rinsed my car then switched it to foam brush and cleaned the entire car and started to rinse off and the machine turned off because the time ran out. That's okay I have no problem with that. I had no cash left so I swiped my card and finished rinsing off, probably a minute to a minute and a half use. Then I switched it to STOP. Which should finish the transaction according to the instructions on the machine. It's said wait here for 30 seconds and your transaction will be complete. After over 2 minutes of standing there with nothing happening I decided I was going to leave. I look at my account and it charged me an even $15.00. FOR RINSING MY DAMN CAR OFF. These people are crooks and I will never take any vehicle of mine back to this place. DO NOT GET SCAMMED go to a different car wash.
Reasonable price for the do it yourself, worked great and is clean and sparkles!
The ONLY REASON I'm giving 1 star is I cannot post if I don't!! In the process of speaking to an attorney about starting a class action lawsuit against Sparkle. The Sparkle car wash on Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota quadrupled the charge on my credit card. Since this has happened to me, I have heard and now read that Sparkle has done this to several individuals. Another way that Sparkle steals from the consumer is "TIME". If you check the meter/time count use against a "REAL" timer, you will see that Sparkle is robbing you of your money once again. I have called the phone number they provide and I NEVER get any response.
3rd time I have been here and 3rd time a ripoff. Equipment is garbage and you might be able to clean your car if they had soap ? I can pee harder than the pressure in the wands and your car ends up dirtier than when you started. Total waste of money, like I said 3rd time so this operation is interested in ripping you off. Go to 5 dollar car wash on clark and McIntosh, very good job and free vacuums. I wish I would have but they were closed. Really pissed off about getting ripped off !!!!!!
