Received a ficus tree as a housewarming gift. I have fought diligently to keep it alive since I received it a few months ago! Arrived in a plastic tub, set in a plastic pot on arrival. Web order showed it be in a whiskey type barrel planter. Delivery person had to pick it up and place it back in the pot on arrival (I was watching from within the house!) Plant was root bound, and needed to be replanted. Called and voiced my concern, and was offered fresh cuts? I felt the sender should be compensated. Very disappointed in this my first and last experience with Flowers by Fudgie!
