For a funeral service, I ordered an arrangement through FTD. FTD had Suncoast Florist deliver the flowers to the funeral home. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flower display was even better than the picture on the FTD web page. Thank you so much Suncoast Florist!!!

I called to order a basket bouquet for my Grandma's birthday... I was kind of nervous about it all because I wouldn't get to see the bouquet myself. But I was told by my mom, aunt & grandma that it was lovely! :) Thank you Suncoast, for the wonderful service & flowers! :)

My sister and I ordered a bouquet to send to our mom for Valentine's Day and it was delivered on time, however the bouquet itself was not what we were expecting. We ordered one with at least half a dozen pink and red roses and multiple lilies and it came with 3 roses (2 white and 1 red) and 1 lily. The roses didn't even match the website. We called and complained and they said to bring it in and they would fix it. Instead, Jeff took the 2 white roses out of my mom's bouquet, replaced them with 2 pink ones and that is all he did. The least he could've done was let her keep all of them. So we still didn't get what we paid for and he was so rude to my mom. This is horrible customer service. Our problem wasn't solved at all.
