So the conclusion that we came up with was that the lady could leave the flowers outside in a cardboard box, and I could pick these flowers up, that I payed full price for, from outside. I went and got my flowers out of the box, arriving before 5, yet alone their closing time at 5:30.
Let's start at the beginning. I called and ordered 2 corsages and 2 boutonnieres for my sister and I at prom. I told them what color our dresses were, and even sent pictures of the dresses.
Victoria is absolutely amazing! The flowers for my wedding were exactly what I wanted. During the planning phase I had a call with Victoria and my wedding planner and we went over some ideas I had sent, and Victoria knew my exact vision for the day. I am still receiving compliments from my guests on how beautiful the flowers looked for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I had forgotten to order the fathers and grandparents boutonnieres and realized less than 2 hours before the ceremony and Victoria was able to make them and deliver to venue. She is truly the best and I recommend her 100% to any bride in the area :)
Victoria provided wonderful flowers for our wedding. Couldn't be more pleased with her service and the flowers. Professional and courteous. Flowers exceeded our expectations. Will definitely order from again.

As if this wasn't bad enough, the flowers were terrible. They were already wilted, which doesn't surprise me as they sat out in the Florida heat. But they were also not what I asked for. The flowers were exactly the same as one another, despite me sending picture of TWO DIFFERENT COLORED DRESSES. And the flowers quite honestly were ugly looking.
Thankfully, my sister saved the day and went to Walmart and bought some supplies. She bought some flowers and bracelets and ribbon and made us corsages and boutonnieres, which looked 100x better, matches our dresses, and cost a fraction of the price! Good thing I have her and will never need this horrible flower store again. I have purchased flowers from this florist for the past few years. The arrangements are top shelf and delivery on time. 5/5 stars each time.
DO NOT GO HERE!! I had such high expectations after I read all of the other reviews, and I was very let down.
Then comes the day I scheduled to pick up the flowers. According to their website and when I talked to the lady on the phone, they close at 5:30. However, on this day, at about 4:00 I got a call asking if I was picking up the flowers soon because they would be leaving in the next 15 minutes. I was confused and asked why they wouldn't be there until 5:30 because that's when they close. They responded by saysing that they do close at 5:30, but when they have deliveries they have to leave before then. I then asked how I was supposed to know they have delervies and of course, there was no way for me to know. I was told that I could pick the flowers up the next day between 9:00-9:30 am. Not only could I not go because I had things to do that day (hence the reason I ordered them to be ready when I did) but if I could, what kind of time frame is that??
