I had a very similar experience to the last reviewer. Although my request was for a prom corsage! She said absolutely not because of Mother's Day being the same weekend. She then proceeded to tell me good luck finding anybody that would do that for us! Maybe I should consider making my own! She would however sell me the items to make it and when I said no thank you she said again good luck finding someone. We went to Bee Ridge Florist just down the road from her and they were very friendly and very helpful and offered to do the corsage for us and it turned out beautiful!! Highly recommended Bee Ridge Florist!
My out of town family know this is the place to call if they want to send me flowers. Each bouquet I have received has been amazing. Today a bouquet designed by Eileen arrived. Its beautiful!
Gave a bridal shower and needed last minute flowers and advice since I was making my own table arrangements. I received friendly accommodating service . They had amazing pricing and even carried my flowers out to the car for me. I will definitely use them whenever I need fresh flowers or floral arrangements. Flowers were beautiful and fresh!

I ordered flowers for an extremely sick friend in the hospital from 1-800-FLOWERS. This was the florist that they used locally to send the flowers. Flowers arrived late, and was not the specific arrangement that I had picked out (which I picked for a special reason) and when they delivered them, they had not signed the card so the patient did not know who they came from. It wasn't until I got a supervisor from 1-800-FLOWERS who was able with the help of the hospital to figure out the flowers delivered were the ones that I ordered. I have no problem with 1-800-FLOWERS as they did everything they could but what the florist did they were not aware of. I'm sure they won't use this florist any more and I definitely won't ever use them. Flowers are very expensive and very personal. The least one can expect is for their order to be right. If the particular arrangement is not available then the sender should be notified to either approve or pick out something else. If it was possible I would give this florist a "0" rating.
