I phoned Corporate and they were just as uninterested in my issues and made no attempts to make the situation right or be helpful in any way. The store never sent me an email confirming the cancellation of the order as requested and agreed upon as of yet. And to think I was going to try and buy the furniture at a local store when I get back to Texas...No way can I trust the Ashley name in any way. This is very unfortunate for me because they have some great furniture at good prices.
We were looking for a sectional to update our family room. Found one we loved at Ashley but it was not the right dimensions. Instead of just sticking to the options of the advertised card, Christian searched on the Ashley database and noticed there was a armless seat that was not out in storerooms as yet but was able to order it for us. The experience was so awesome that we ended up updating our breakfasts nook area

Becca . She has a great attitude, and is knowledgeable as well. We have bought quite a few pieces for our home from Ashley Furniture and Becca is always happy to assist us. I would definitely recommend shopping here. We have been pleased with our purchases.
Very disappointed in Ashley furniture. I bought a console and it smelled mildewed. It took 2 months and many phone calls to finally replace it. I purchased a chair and wanted to exchange it for a higher stool and they refused to let me exchange it. The sales person was extremely impatient while I was deciding on furniture to purchase for my new home. The customer service is horrible. I will purchase all my furniture needs from American Signature in the future. They are wonderful to their customers.
The styles and quality of furniture are excellent with many options. The store is our favorite after visiting 5 other furniture stores. In the future, we will definitely purchase more furniture.Our sales person, Christine Blake is someone you definitely want to request. She was patient, had ideas and was never pushy. She was smiley and kind. I was shopping with friends. However, the manager... don't expect any sympathy from him especially if you are disabled. If you want to fill out a credit application you have to stand. He may think about getting a smaller stand. So he said. The furniture I purchased had an extremely heavy coffee table blocking the recliner. The manager may have well said, oh well or too bad. I suggested the table be moved permanently. He said, "No". If you want to work with someone who cares and respects your choices in furniture and considers your disabilities definitely ask for Christine aka Chrissy!
I went there for a recliner and saw a 14 piece bedroom set I liked. I explained to the salesman Edward B that I was unsure if I would still be here in Sarasota and that I may be returning to Texas. He assured me that since it was a warehouse delivery, it would not matter where I was living. When it came time to give the delivery date and location, "there must have been some misunderstanding". The was a MISREPRESENTATION and MISINFORMATION given by Ashley Furniture Salesman Edward B. So now I will be arriving in Texas with no furniture even ordered, let alone deliverable within a few days, and nothing to sleep on. Get everything in writing from this store. I can assure you that the salesman outright lied, or didn't know. He should have verified if he was not sure, so therefor leads me to believe he lied.
