We are extremely pleased with our new sofa and swivel rocker! The fabric and design are unique and the colors perfect for our newly designed living room, Especially impressive is Leader's high level of selection and excellent customer service. The Staff at the Sarasota, FL store was friendly, and most helpful. We are looking forward to out next trip there which is in the very near future.

HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in, the gentleman behind the counter was too busy gossiping on the phone to acknowledge us. We knew what we wanted and ready to buy. After 5 minutes we walked out the door and went down the street and had 110% better service and purchased our furniture from them.
I recently purchased a recliner , coffee table, and lamp table! The recliner is very comfortable and supports my lower lumbar area and is very proportionate to my stature! The coffee table is adorable and matches the sofa I purchased . The furniture is made extremely well and the staff was helpful! I'm looking forward to adding other pieces!

I believed their ads that said "don't buy from the big box, don't do it." I had bought an outdoor ottoman and the fabric disintegrated after 3 years. When I emailed customer care I was informed that the fabric had a 1 year warranty. What's interesting is the big box offers 5 year warranty on fabric and life time on components. And by the way, when I went into their Sarasota location the sales person asked if used the furniture outside! No more Tropitone.and no more Leader's.
