OK so..i went here an filled out an application. Never had a formal interview of any kind. Days after completing the application I start getting calls from Jenna and Alissa (I believe )about going out and seeing clients. They only are offering me a 4hour shifts 3 or 4 days a week. OK I could understand if business is slow. I haven't had an orientation , or an interview, no one told me the pay rate, when time sheets are due, if it's a 1099 position. I know absolutely nothing about the policy and procedures of this company. They took all my information including my social security number and never followed through with PROPER HIRING Procedures. Not the type of company I would work for. And I certainly wouldn't pay to have some one who is unprepared come to my house and take care of my family. And when I explained that I was uncomfortable seeing clients for a company I know nothing about,i was belittled and told that I'm not a good fit "Anyways". So much for trying to do things the Right way.This literally just happened 3 minutes ago
