Worst experience! No privacy while checking in. They ask you all personal information in front of entire waiting room of other patients including part of you social security number and date of birth, address, etc. Avoid this place. I will never return. Waited a hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment time to even be seen. After two tests they told me there is nothing there and clearly myself and OBGYN can both feel something. Bill my insurance and don't tell me what is going on. That is a great way to treat patients! Awful place! Stay away!
Firstly, they call me and say I have to come in for more testing. I asked why. The girl tells there's an area of concern. I asked her to explain. She refused. Next, I came in for the appointment. No one greets me. I sign in. I had waited 30 minutes when my son's school calls to say I have to come get him. I ask the receptionist when they would be getting me in for the test that was scheduled 30 minutes ago. Neither she nor anyone else even knew why I was there. I was told it'd be up to another 30 minutes before even starting. I said that's ridiculous to wait til 330 for a 230 appointment. I told them to cancel and walked out.
