3rd redo in a row on my engagement ring, didn't bother sending it out on the 3rd redo because it was "accidentally placed it in the received file". I wouldn't give this store 1 star!
AND it took another HALF MONTH till it got back all the diamonds are in but the gash is still there CLEARLY visible but they kept saying they "couldn't see it and the ring will get scratched up anyways." Are they serious.... this is a brand new ring!!! I didn't get to wear for the first two months after getting it because they sent it out to get it fixed. Next time we are going to an in-house jewelry shop. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
My boyfriend got me a promise ring and we had the worst service here. First we went in to get it resized not a problem. A month later it was finally back and ready to be picked up. I get home (25 minutes away) and 3 diamonds are missing & a huge gash is in the ring. Take it back again to get the diamonds replaced with the warranty. After a half a month they call saying its back in we drive all the way out there again and 2 more diamonds are missing this time and the gash is still there.....
