I have been searching for a comfortable, supportive, healthy mattress without all the foam and synthetic toxic outgassing and with a cooling outer covering, and organic natural materials. This mattress is all of what I was looking for. And beyond that, Sandy was the most helpful, knowledgeable salesperson and service oriented. This is a small family owned business that goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy while providing a stellar product. I am very pleased with my extremely comfortable mattress and exceptional customer service.
If you're looking anywhere else, you're not getting the best deal in town. Everything here is custom made at a great price and top quality. The people here are both incredibly smart about mattress construction and happy to help AND they deliver! I had a custom bed made for me and came back later for a custom made dorm room bed topper. Sandy was extremely helpful and made material recommendations to fit my budget. This is an awesome business, buy here before anywhere else.
After going to the usual mattress stores and seeing the same overpriced units, I came across a local website called Unlimited Comfort Mattress Factory. I stopped in and spoke to Sandy, the owner, who was patient, helpful and answered all my questions. He helped me chose a mattress that would be best for my needs and not simply the most expensive one in his store. I got the mattress yesterday and cannot praise it enough. I had the best sleep I have had in ages and feel truly great! I woke up and noticed that the sheets and blanket were unmoved during the night as I was in the same position in the morning as when I had fallen asleep. Obviously, I had slept like a new born! To get such a quality mattress at less than half the price of the mattress stores and to be treated like a friend was a wonderful experience. You owe it to yourself to check out Sandy before you make a mattress mistake somewhere else!
We went into the Unlimited Comfort store and listened to Sandy explain what they do to create a mattress and it all made sense. We came in a couple of times to try out the different types and picked Cloud Ten. Finally found a mattress that is helping us get restful sleep. We are thrilled!
