Only place my family and I go for our pet needs! Owners Chris and Christine are knowledgeable and friendly! Two thumbs up and five stars
If I could give this place, no stars. I would... I have gone to this shop for years. As they were pretty inexpensive and had quality items. NEVER AGAIN. I purchase a blue Iguana less than a month ago. He has a nice sized tank, fresh greens every morning. A heat and UVB bulb. I owned an Iguana for years and know how to care for them! When we got him him we noticed a small wound on his leg. My S/O and I are both nurses and cleaned it and put antibotics on it. We did our best to care for it. His skin condition started getting worse and he has become very lethargic. I contacted the shop as it has been less than a month. We were told there are no warranties on any animals and told us to call a vet. I am furious. They took NO responsibility that we have had the lizard for such a small amount of time and he was VERY well taken care of. I was sold a sick animal!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Great little pet store with a small selection of birds, reptiles and other small mammals. The do sell feeder rodents too! No other pet stores with reasonably priced frozen rodents in the area. They also offer pet bird boarding for a reasonable price. Only reason I did not give 4 stars is they could be more personable and attentive.
While I was out of the country, the staff took excellent care of my bird. They were very caring and informative. I would highly recommend this pet center!! Thank you!
Very well kept and friendly staff. You can see they care for all the animals there. Definitely got me as a returning customer! :)
