I drive over an hour to Seascape. Their personnel are knowledgeable and helpful on keeping my saltwater tank healthy. As a longtime owner of saltwater fish, this is, by far, my favorite and most trustworthy fish business. Most of the issues I've read about seem to be from those who don't understand the fine balance in tanks and water quality....and fish health. This comes with experience (and patience!) I highly recommed Seascape!
I have been coming here since I was a little girl. They have always been soo friendly and knowledgeable about their pets and products. Just recently I needed a home for my two aquatic turtles that have been hand feed their whole life. Unable to care for them any longer and worried of placing them in a random pond where pesticide run off, passing cars, and gators might be the result of their fate, Wes a worker there happily obliged to take them in and re-home them in there back pond attraction. I couldn't have been more happy for them. Thank you Wes!
Absolutely disgusted! I bought a fish from them and added it to my tank. 3 hours later my perfectly healthy fish that I had for almost a year dies! I raised him from a baby! Instead of replacing my fish the owner comes up with excuses and says it's just coincidence! By no means is that coincidence. Their fish contaminated my tank and killed one of my favorite fish. They could care less and their customer service is that an all-time low. It seems the owner is just greedy and does not care about his customers. I will never go back and I suggest you never go. Unless you want your fish dead too.
