I love this place. The groomer is very good. They are also very thorough. "Doggy Love" could be their nickname.
I have taken my dog there a few times and been happy. However I took her last week and will never go back. My shih tzu looks like a terrier. I don't know if the groomer is new but I received a call within a minute of dropping my dog off saying that my dog had some matted areas. She was totally shaved, her tail looks like a rat! I think she/he just saves dogs to prevent doing a proper grooming and taking time to make the dog look good. My friend had the same experience a few weeks ago.
Great place to get your dog groomed. An appointment is a must but they will trim nails on a walk in basis.
I'd like to see the grooming area. It is closed off, no windows, so you can't see the environment you are sending your dog into. That was my only concern when leaving my pet for her first grooming.

My Cavalier was start to finish in an hour and a half, when I received a text message I could pick her up. I loved the owner! Very kind man. I give him 5 stars! However, after inspection I found several mistakes by the groomer; uneven hair, missed spots, cropped ears looked hacked. I fixed with my own hair shears at home. The groomer forgot to fan her tail, which I'm glad because her ears were very uneven and choppy. Invest in great shears for cutting hair by hand with comb and scissors.
Great place, great service and it was clean. My dog wasn't even scared which she normally is at a groomers. I am going to do their dog wash program, it saves money and you get more washes when you need them.
Great concept, but if "dash" equals rush job with mistakes, I'd reconsider if I didn't have a coupon. We will give them another try simply because I really like the owner and support local businesses. I know he will make sure this is not a reoccurring issue.
