Chris at Pinnacle Wheelworks is by far the best bike mechanic to be found in the area. He's the one to see if you have a high-end bike.
Best shop in town! knowledge is key, also being able to work on the top end product properly is rare these days. Chris knows his stuff and has a better turn around time than any shop I know of. When it comes to building wheels there is no other choice!
Great service at a fair price
I don't know if you can call it opportunity or a nightmare, but I have been to 10 different states from the West Coast all the way to the East for work, and Chris at Pinnacle Wheel Works sets the bar high for BS. Best BS I've been to because he actually takes the time to help his customers. I was surprised when I brought my bike in for maintenance because he stopped what he was doing to look over my bike to see what needed to be addressed. Then we did a walk-through when I picked the bike up as well as set the sag on the bike. Never had that level of service before as I'm used to being a number, and sometimes even worst where I'm from. Great job!
Chris is the best mechanic in town. The only guy I trust to work on my bikes. Honest, affordable service and repairs or custom high end builds, he can do it all.
