Soon after we moved here from out of state, sure enough, our roof began to leak in 6 places. Not knowing what could be the problem, we called several roofers and got 8 bids, each with a different idea of what could be causing the leaks. Several recommended tearing off the whole roof, which I'm sure would fix the problem, but at horrendous expense. Earl from Total Roofing had another idea, that all the leaks came from one seam where the roofing material had separated from the roof. Instead of just pasting it back down, he recommended shoring the seam up with flashing, which was missing from the original roofing job, which seemed to make a lot of sense. So for a fraction of the price of a whole new roof, Total Roofing fixed ours and guaranteed it. Over a year has passed--no new leaks! Great job, Total Roofing!
