Tom Dion is the only mechanic I trust. He's fast and completely transparent- he'll tell you exactly what he knows, do precisely what you ask for, and never pressure you to have unnecessary work done, although he'll alert you if he notices any problems.
I was referred to Tom by a co worker. Tom was very friendly and reassuring over the phone. He had me drop my car off after work and gave me his thoughts on the issue. As promised Tom called me the next morning at 10:00 a.m. to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. The price was more than fair and he used OEM parts as discussed. This was the first time I had my car in the shop after two years of owning it. Tom and his crew do all the work themselves on the premises. He will be my mechanic for ever.
