I bought a couch in the store as is. They offered to send a brand new one from the warehouse. When it came it was scratched up in the back and had a big slice in the arm. It looked used, not new. The couch I thought I was getting had no cuts and wasn't scratched up. Buyer beware when they offer a new couch from the warehouse as is, it may come damaged. I'm going to see if they will do the right thing or if I'm stuck with a couch I paid $1500.
