The Good: Very nice furniture. Great room decorating ideas shown. Design associates are very helpful, especially Jodi. The not so good: their prices are a little shocking, but will get great design help.
Better selection and price of furniture than 3 other popular stores we shopped. However, do not like the $100 delivery. Same whether I spend $700 or $7000
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! My 84 year old grandparents moved here and they bought all of there furniture here. I went with them to pick everything out. They had everything delivered and that's when the nightmare started. First of all, the sales woman had no idea of the product in the store which caused them to buy a box spring for a bed that was never needed. Turns out it requires a different piece. Took two weeks for store to deliver new piece. When they did the piece was wrong again. The mattresses they picked out were a soft pillow top. The mattresses they delivered say extra firm and it's not what we had bought. They don't even look the same. This place took advantage of my grandparents thinking they wouldn't notice and gave them entirely different mattresses than what they had bought. This place takes advantage of elderly people thinking they can get away with this after they spend their hard earned money on this furniture. This is the worst furniture store we have ever have encountered. Please stay away. Even the moving company said this happens quite often with this furniture store.
