Everything is custom made to your specific needs. The furniture is beautiful, the customer service is unsurpassed, the quality is beyond great and you can bring in your measurements and style and they will build it for you. If you have never been don't miss it.

I stopped by here a while back to check out the furniture and ended up not buying anything for several reasons. For one, the sales people here are lazy and don't know their merchandise very well. I asked several representatives some questions only to watch them quickly move onto whatever they were doing immediately after as if I was disrupting their routine. The girl at the service desk finally asked if she could help me then stood there with a bored look and offered only the barest of assistance after which she promptly ran back to her desk. I had to actually chase her down and prod her to find out if something she mentioned could be done to a kitchen island, and she was wrong about both the material of the base and the surface once I looked the piece up online. Trying to get some kitchen customization details was a chore for her even though the company advertises they do so. Another reason I didn't return was that while the wood on the furniture looked nice, the construction is questionable. Some of the pieces I checked rocked back and forth indicating the legs or base weren't level, and many of the drawers on numerous items didn't open and close properly. I didn't see soft-close drawers on any of the items I checked and some of the drawers were ridiculously hard to open and close even though they had metal glides. Also some of the bookcases I checked out didn't seem stable or solid and could easily tip over. If you aren't too concerned with construction and don't mind paying top dollar for something that just looks good it's probably fine for you. Otherwise I would look to other manufacturers who use more sophisticated and reliable construction methods and hopefully have better informed and more helpful sales representatives.
