Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If i could give them Zero Stars I would. The sales staff was nice enough before the sale. Our issues are with the delivery staff and being lied to by the store manager and the rude call center staff. My wife and I sat at home for 4 hours on a Saturday waiting for a delivery that never came. We called the "customer service" line and were met with a very sharp and rude woman on the other end. We told her we had been waiting and not heard from anyone concerning our delivery. She then said she was calling the delivery team. After a brief hold we were informed that the delivery drivers could not locate our address. She said they had two more stops to make and would then come to our place for the delivery. 4:10 came and no contact. We called again and were told the drivers decided to go home for the day. My wife and I went to the store in Sarasota and spoke with the store manager. he assured us they had tried to call us several times, we showed him our phones with no missed calls. We then had him call our phones while we stood next to him and Wow, they rang. We were told by him that we would be called no later than Monday with a new delivery time for the following Saturday. Monday came and went with no call. We called the store and he had just picked up a call prior to us calling. We were told by the lady we spoke to that nothing had been scheduled yet but she assured us she would handle it personally the following day. Tuesday came and went with no call. Again we called the store and were told the delivery was for the following Monday, not the Saturday we were promised. We were so fed up by this point that we cancelled our order and took our business to Ashley Furniture down the street. If this is how they treat their customers then we will take our money and business elsewhere. It is sad that a company thinks they are to big to have to worry about how they treat their customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Came to this RTG just to browse the labor day mattress sale, we weren't planning on buying yet. Brenda helped us and she was great, very patient taking us all around the store to test all of the mattresses we were interested in. We ended up buying our mattress which honestly can't come soon enough! I took off 1 star for 2 reasons, 1. Because shipping should have been free especially for a labor day sale when your competitors are offering free shipping and 1 competitor is even offering a free adjustable base and 2. It's annoying that the mattresses are so spread out throughout the show room. I get it, you are a furniture store and want to show the mattress in a room but when trying to narrow down my mattress I don't care about dressers and couches. I just want to be able to test out the mattresses and make a good decision!
brenda was extremely efficient. showed me exactly what I was looking for. answered all my questions and gave me straight answers. bought two couches and they will arrive next week can't wait
We have owned our furniture for 3 years and the couch is already ripping at the seams on one of the cushions. The kid's bedroom furniture is bad too. Some of the drawers don't close anymore because the tracks broke. The drawer knobs have broken off because the threading of the screws to the knobs have worn off. My kids don't beat up their things so this is the worst quality furniture we've ever purchased. We didn't purchase a warranty because we didn't think it would be necessary. We thought we were buying good quality furniture but now we are screwed and can't get it fixed by the company. We used the 60 months same as cash, so when we are able to pay it off, we will have to get new furniture, after owning it for only 5YEARS.
GO SEE LIZ!!!! My wife and I are new to Florida and we heard some nice things about rooms to go. Liz was fantastic, she listened to our needs and made great suggestions. We ended up furnishing most of our house with their products. They were delivered quickly and the drivers who set everything up were respectful and cautions about set up. I would recommend everyone to go check them out, I went to 5 other furniture stores and this was by far the best. The prices are easy to understand unlike other places where each part of the set just keeps adding up. They have package prices you can easily understand and mix and match tables, lamps to your liking. Go talk to Liz!!
