I was not surprised to hear that Chappies has been in business for 59 years and is the oldest flooring store in Sarasota after my dealings with them. The attention to detail and their friendliness is so impressive. I felt like I was one of the family! Christina and Wendy, in their beautiful showroom, are so knowledgeable about all the new products on the market. I can not say enough good things about Chappies Carpets!
From the original visit with Christina to the advice and estimate with Mark, to the installation with Pedro, every step was made easy, comfortable and professional. Chappies was recommended by a friend; I had a rental unit carpeted a few months ago and this week had my home carpeting replaced. Everyone was terrific and the end result looks fantastic!
