I am SHOCKED with the horrible attitude towards customers. I am in this store at minimum twice per week mostly on weekends, the cashiers that work then are wonderful & curtious but that's not the case on Wednesday @ 4:15pm march 22...A cashier I've never seen older black lady. She has the nastiest attitude & impatient, like she doesn't wanna be their.. She snapped at me and another old lady for simply walking to a different register, I was beside myself she would speak to us this way, we both left the things we're we're going to purchase & walked out this cashier said "bye she didn't wanna wait on us anyhow".. Honestly I got the impression it was because we were white.. Until this woman is gone I will not be back.. I'll make the trip to another ace or Home Depot.. you really need to train employees on respecting customers!!

Ed and Steve in the paint department went above and beyond to help me tone down an exterior color that I purchased that was just too bright for my taste. I was really happy with the service today!! Every time I go in, the staff is great.
Pay over double the money for an "American made product" that will fall apart in your hands upon first use, and have trouble trying to process a refund, don't even bother, happened to me twice in one day. Go to Harbor Freight. The Chinese made product did the job without any problems.
Good hardware store for small items that you need fast and don't feel like driving to Home Depot. It's convenient having a hardware store in my neighborhood. But, the customer service is not the best and the prices are very high.
