The store in General does a great job. This store would get a 5 star if it had self check out. This is an affluent area where the people don't steal. I have been to many other Lowes in not so good area's that have self check out, so I don't see that as a reason. I have been in this store many times when the lines are long with only 1 or 2 cashiers when I could be in and out checking myself. Please consider adding self check out and reply to this review with a real status why this store does not have it or when you will.

It's great having Lowe's because they offer different brands then Home Depot. I like to compare products between those two stores. Lowe's has the best prices when it comes to appliances. I would recommend Lowe's for your major appliance purchase. I manage/ own apartment complexes and I go to Lowe's always to buy appliances.
I have had a horrible experience purchasing a washer and dryer from this Lowes. Ordered a washer and dryer and two pedestals. It took four deliveries to get finally get it right. The dryer and pedestal were dented the first time, they didn't have the right brackets for the pedestal the second time, they got the order wrong the third time, etc. A comedy of errors....but not funny. Plus, the salesman I dealt with was too busy selling appliances to return my calls, so I had to go in to the store to finally talk to him. Incredible waste of my time. Next time I will definitely go elsewhere.
Three times I’ve purchased items online thinking it would speed things up and end up waiting at least 10-15 minutes for them to find it. I could have just purchased in the store and gotten it from the aisle faster. Horrible
