Went into the store for the first time to look for door hardware. Was looking around at the displays for over twenty minutes, and no one even acknowledged that I was there. Not a "Hello", Welcome", or "May I help you with something?" The two people who were covering the customer area out front walked right by me several times. Totally ignored me. Unbelievable. If I owned a business and someone came in for the first time, I would go out of my way to greet that person, even if I were busy, to let that person know I would take care of him/her as soon as I finished with the customer I was serving.
I will never go in there again.
I was promised my drawer slides, which they "forgot". Also had a door I had to have custom color matched in stain to pick up the same day, the paint guy told me another week because I only ordered a gallon, and his "big fish" customers came first!!! I cancled my order and was still charged a restocking and tint fee!! $100 dollars for nothing, except upsetting MY customer. Was also told they were the only game in town and to deal with it!
