It is hard to get an appointment, off season takes 1 week, during season takes 2 weeks, but it definitely worth it.

I purchased a groupon first to try it out. Took my girl Shih Tzu for a short trim and asked to leave some hair on her ears. When we went back to pick my dog up the cutest little thing showed up :) and that was my dog! I'm talking about a fluffy adorable toy with cute little pink bows in her hair like pigtails, and a pink bandana. She smelled good, her nails were trimmed and filed. From drop off to pick up time it was about an hour which is pretty quick compare to Petsmart or other chain groomers (3-4 hours).
