Best service in town. All Star has really made a name for themselves in the laundry and dry clean business.
I had the best experience here. This by far was one of the cleanest and most efficient places I've been to in a while. The customer service was superb! I'm so glad I finally found a one stop place to handle all my laundry needs. I'm a customer for LIFE!!
I love coming here. This place is so much nicer than anything else in the area. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Took a coat here to be dry cleaned and they wanted to charge me $22. I left and took it across the street to another cleaner and paid half that.
I dropped off a suit at their lakewood ranch location 3 days ago. When I dropped it off, I discussed I needed it done by Friday because I am going out of town. The woman told me "it might be done Friday, but I'm not sure" and I said well can you make sure before I leave it here??? I asked if the company had a time limit on when customers can pick items up (as in if I leave it here while I'm gone will it be safe), she spoke broken english and wasn't understanding what I was asking her because she just kept repeating herself "pick up whenever" but surely if someone leaves items there for a period of time theres a point when you throw it out. I left the suit with her, and she said they would pick it up tomorrow to dry clean it. I come back 30 minutes later because I changed my mind and would rather not stress about them losing my $800 suit while on vacation, and she said it was already gone?! But didn't you just tell me they weren't picking it up until tomorrow? So todays Friday, and I really don't understand why there is no phone number to reach any of their locations, especially their lakewood ranch location. I want to see if the suit is ready or not since their employee didn't know the answer when I dropped it off. I'm not going to drive all the way there to then be told no its not ready. Google says 921-1258 but it goes straight to voicemail?! What kind of customer service is this.
