Stay away. Very very rude Asian lady.
Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. They completely ruined the piece that I sent in to get dry cleaned and claimed it had nothing to do with the dry cleaning. DO NOT use them. The manager will not even allow their customers to contact them to try and resolve the issues. Made us pay for services that ruined our comforter and would not even consider discussing the issue with us directly. They made their front line customer service person relay messages back and forth which did not resolve the issue at all.
Don't let the other reviews of this business deter you. People will always find something to complain and be dissatisfied about. All of my items have been handled with exceptional care, and at fair prices. Every employee I have encountered have shown upmost professionalism. I refuse to go to another dry cleaner because they are simply one of the best around this town.
Hands down the best dry cleaning service I've ever had with such nice customer service. I had several items with difficult food stains but after taking them to parkway cleaners my clothes were returned in "like new" condition in a timely fashion! I will definitely be returning and recommend this establishment to everyone I know!
Wish that I could give this firm 0 stars. Took in a once worn pair of white pants with two smudges. Came back with a large yellow stain that looked like an iron burn. Asked for a refund and the clerk said I had to talk to the owner, who wasn't there. When I returned to see the owner he immediately started yelling and freaking out. He had no intention of discussing the pants in a civil manner. He continued with his rant--not discussing my pants but just customers in general who always claim it's his fault. I have rarely experienced such a hostile and vehement response to a legitimate complaint. When I said that he was a dishonest businessman he stormed out.
