My experience was horrible they are rude, they tried taking my clean laundry out of the washer the minute it was done, rushing me watching to make sure I wasnt leaving anything full that was done ,they tried taking a basket from me in the middle of me using it while I was switching laundry over, they keep thier bathroom door locked when it is a public bathhroom. Every time I put money in the machines he was right behind me ready to take the money out, JUST RUDE INCONSIDERATE ASSHOLES!!!!
I was on tamiami trail and my clothes were still very wet after 25 minutes in the washing machine. I was nearly viciously attacked by a rat the size of the Easter bunny. There was no attendant to help and I had to load my clothes as the Easter bunny sized rat watched and ate whatever he was munching on. Scared and scarred I will not be returning here to do laundry
Absolutely will not return ever again. The utmost disrespectful people I have ever met in my life. Customer service was terrible. They rush you to get your clothes out of the washer even before your done, and then will proceed to remove them from the washer if you step away from it for a second. They take your basket from you and don't say anything to you. The washers and dryers work OK but the fact that the owners are rude will keep me and my money away from this place. And why if your the owner and your in the building does the bathroom door need to remain locked. Like I said I will never return. And I wish I didnt have to give a star
The associate who represents this company, Ledi is an excellent employee. She is extremely professional, kind and always willing to oblige in order to make customer feel confident in the company. Highly recommend this company!
