I think that Francheska that reviewed earlier must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. How do you review a dry cleaner from a phone call. I live on Oak St right around the corner and I can vouch they have great customer service and quality laundry and dry cleaning services. I've seen them handle difficult customer service issue in person. (Ask about pillow lady)
I can't imagine the awful service they must give if I only spoke with them on the phone and received TERRIBLE SERVICE.
This business needs to learn how to serve customers and/or potential customers.
I literally just called right now, asked the price of getting a suit cleaned, she told me the price, and when I also asked the price for a pant and button down she told me she didn't have time to speak to me because she was too busy.....What kind of service is that?! I think the manager or owner needs to see who they have working there because they are turning business and customers away because they are "too busy" to take 30 seconds on the phone to just give a price.
