My husband has been going here for years and years. We loved it and the people! I think her name is Millie, she was the kindest lady and just a warm presence.... She always saved my husbands things that he would leave in his work pants pockets/shirts and laugh when we'd pick up his clothes, because he did it ALL the time. I believe she retired and now every person I have come in contact with there is so rude and just not pleasant. It's really sad because he has been going here for so long and we've always dealt with great people, until now. I'm hoping this reaches her and she still has some control over the location on Webber, we really don't want to leave but also do not want to deal with the new not friendly workers.
Update: I got my bedspread/quilt back from Value Cleaners. The tag fell off it at the actual laundry place, but the very helpful lady at V.C. remembered my piece, and got it back for me. It took a week longer than was promised, but I happy to have it back on my bed.
It is a hub. There is a good chance things can go wrong when not done on site. Overall it is close to where I live and they do alot of my stuff. They are not perfect but if you tell them what you want they do the best they can. It is a hub folks. No pressing on site. Give them.a chance at least. I'm going there today. Just telling it it like it is.
Dropped off my comforter 3 weeks ago for a launder, was told it would be 7-10 days. I stopped to check last week to see if it was ready, and it was not. Called this morning to see if my comforter is back, and it still is not. I told the person answering the phone I will be by tomorrow to pick it up, even if it isn't clean, and was told, "Ok, I'll call you tomorrow." Um, no. I'd just like it back, but am fearful it is lost........
Service is Stinks they loose your stuff and some times it takes weeks to get it back. This time I did not get it back. Do not do buiss with them you will regret. I have a ticket and they wont honer the return of my Harley shirt or My long sleeve dress shirt. They go threw employees like water. Said they called the previous manager and she said i picked it up 6 months ago. Ya rite. they are lier's and you wont get your stuff back nor will you get it on time.
Dorothy is a delight. Always greets me with a smile and a few words. Very professional!
Excxellent service..........Can always pickup within 24 hours of dropping off. The pressing job the best that I have seen in long time. Very clean and orderly shop.
