I went elsewhere.
Walked in with about a dozen shirts to be dry cleaned and made the mistake of asking how much it might cost, the guy read me the riot act and said if I didn't like it to just go somewhere else. Seemed like a reasonable question to me ,I guess he was having a bad day and consequently gave me one as well. I told him he could shove his store where the sun doesn't shine and I did go somewhere else, and I will not go back to Bob's. They do have a very nice lobby though
I have been a customer of Bob's for over 12 years, it would of been more, but that's how long ago I found them. Any type of Dry cleaning or Laundry need you have they can do with expertise; they have been in the business for decades. I have had to ask for a rush job on 2 occasions, one an over-night need, the other, a suit coat stained just before a funeral, Bob and Craig's response "Not a problem, anything we can do to help". WOW! They do great, timely, well priced work, PERIOD. They always greet me with a friendly smile and welcome. I will be a patron of Bob's Laundry as long as their doors are open.
Great place with great lovely people! It's more than a dry-cleaning, it's more like friends now! Never thought that one day I will be so happy to go to dry- cleaning! Craig is the best guy ever! The place is so positive and full of good energy! The prices for services is less than in other places! The work is always perfect and done right in time! Well done! Great job!
I brought in 17 shirts to be laundered because they were in storage after our move here. The gentleman told me he didn't like the fact that I had so many shirts. He said he would rather I bring in 4 at a time.
my 1st time was a few yrs back everyone kept telling about them, but I kept going to the high dollar places where people are rude. Dropped of a load of shirts, I was in happy shock when picked them up, 1st every shirt was perfectly hung & pressed & cleaned for the lowest price I've paid since the 1980's. Can't go any where else, I've make mistake, as I live in Osprey, Did not feel like driving to Gulf gate, it was mistake, the money I save & service I get with BOB's, I could drive to Fort Myers & back, compared to other places in fact other places don't compare. You will be surprised, this family has been doing this for yrs, they are the best at lowest price. Look forward to going there today. FRANK
