landed at orlando terrible service complete lack of care and vehicle availability at the airport after a 11 hour flight and 2 hours to get through airport had to wait hour and twenty mins for the car i booked not happy will never use again
Would like to give no stars but can't. Terrible! Handed them a debit card and they said they rather take a security deposit from a credit card than the actual money from a debit card that "CAN" be used as a credit card! Never heard of this nonsense! First and last time with this rental company!

What good does a voucher with directions for your car rental serve you AFTER you pre pay for your reservation?! if you are not provided with the requirements needed in order to proceed with the reservation/pick up for the location which you have elected, then how are you supposed to make an informed decision? Dollar just stole my money through false advertising! You would think corporate would have thought about advising potential clients PRIOR to accepting payments or deducting funds from an account! Worst service ever!!! THIEVES AND LIARS AND ONE DESK AGENT THAT SPENT MORE TIME ON HER PHONE THAN TENDING TO THE ONLY CLIENT AT HER DESK!!! AND, this was BEFORE, she knew I wasn't going to get my rental!!! PAYLESS WAS MUCH MUCH BETTER!!
A bunch of damn crooks. Don't go to them for car rentals. Booked through expedia, quoted 117 Canadian dollars, ended up being 310 Canadian dollars...
