Operator was rude and disrespectful. Hung up on me twice and refused to send a cab for a client of mine. Will not use again.
I ordered cab for early next morning departure. I emphasized I needed a service I could use credit card for. Dispatcher assured me their cabs accept credit cards.
They went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport in time despite inclement weather. Very comfortable ride and extremely helpful drivers and staff.
They got to me in a timely manner & had a safe driver! Great customer service. Thank you so much! I will be using you all again.
Next morning the cab was on time. I went from Clark Road to airport and rate was extraordinary. But worse, the driver said he does not take any plastic. When I indicated the dispatcher said he would, he indicated dispatcher did not tell me the truth. Took all the cash I had! Of course driver said, I could go find an ATM. Needless to say, this company does not rate very high in my estimation.
We had great service the night of July 4th! Prompt and easy service to and from Siesta Key.
