Great staff, everyone from the courtesy vehicle driver, who told us stories about his 30 + years of marriage to his wife who always picks on him (LOL we women know he deserves it) to the counter help. Had a great time, lots of laughs, good sense of humor, nice vehicle to rent. even though we wanted the Mustang!!! We are so grateful your tech people checked the tires on the Mustang before we left, and found the tire needed service. Matthew S. Assistant Manager handled everything with grace and style. Matthew got us in and out as quickly as possible and kept us laughing all the way. Super nice experience!!! We will be back again. Thanks Enterprise - This staff DESERVES A RAISE!!!!
Overall experience was good with a couple of exceptions:
Best experience was pre-paying for the gas used. We were charged $2.08 per gallon while the going rate in the area was $2.49 per gallon.
I needed a car to drive while my car was being repaired. I dropped my car off at my dealer and was quickly picked up by a very courteous driver, and brought to Enterprise. Once there, more nice and professional people greeted me and got me in a very nice rental vehicle within 10 minutes. That's what I call A+ service. I brought the rental back 2 days later and experienced more excellent service from the staff. Again, I was quickly checked out and wisked back to my dealership to pick my car up. The quick service from the staff made this such an easy experience. Thank you EVERYONE at the South Trail Enterprise. John

My car was totaled in an accident. I was told by the insurance company to pull everything out of my car and go to the rental dealership. When I called the Enterprise, they said my reservation was sent to the wrong county. They completely stepped up and had a driver sent to pick me up. They provided a vehicle that was big enough for me and the kids. When an issue arose with the vehicle (cosmetic); they owned up to it and did not charge me! This was the BEST part of this terrible accident. This branch has made me a Enterprise customer for life! Thanks again!
2) the windows on the car were absolutely filthy. Had to buy glass cleaner in order to clean them. Should not have had to do that.
1) the car we were given was no where near the car I wanted. The KIA Soul has to be the ugliest car on the road. We were told it was the only car available in the class we purchased. I had reserved the car thinking we would get a Buick.
