Wonderful Experience overall. Owner was polite, very accommodating and flexible with us in regards to the price for the length of the rental and informing of us of our best options to secure the vehicle and ensure we did not over pay for time we may not use. Car was clean and in good condition. Checkout and Check in were both cordial and efficient. Overall great experience with both the service & quality for a good price. I would certainly recommend them based on their one on one experience and feeling like I had the ability to speak and deal with an individual that took pride in ownership rather then a large chain that simply gave me a quote generated from a computer and was very rigid about the rental details.
The owner has absolutely no phone etiquette! I would not purchase anything from such a rude individual.

Best car rental experience I've had hands down. Super friendly customer service and flexible hours. The rep even offered to stay after hours to wait for me in the event I was gonna be late or needed the car a little longer. I'm don't usually give reviews but this experience definitly warrented one. Absolutely will rent from here when I'm back in Sarasota.
